Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- Frozen Mixed Vegetables - 1 small bag
- Tomato Juice - 1 large can (not tomato sauce)
- Stew Meat - 1 lb chopped (chop up further into bite sized pieces)
- Onion - 1 medium, diced
- Cabbage - 1/2 head, chopped
Instructions
- Brown meat with onion. Drain.
- Combine all ingredients and simmer until veggies and meat are tender.
