So we have loads of Potatoes and sweet potatoes so we have been having lots of these. We don't like Sweet potatoes so I have to put a few here and a few there to use them at all.
- Prep Time : 20 minutes
- Cook Time : 45 minutes
- So tonight I used golden potatoes, sweet potatoes, purple potatoes, all from Dad's garden, banana peppers from my garden, and some red onion and garlic.
- I mix with some olive oil, garlic salt, and pepper.
- Back at 350 for about 45 minutes. (hint, always cut more than you think you will need, they seem to shrink)
