- Blend cheese and peppers. Mix well. Use about 1 teaspoon of filling in each wonton skin. (Fold in the sides, then roll up skin to enclose filling in a miniature egg roll shape).
- Roll as tightly as you can to force out trapped air. Seal the skin with water to be sure the won tons stay closed during frying.
- Fry in 350-degree vegetable oil until browned. Drain briefly, and serve hot with guacamole. This made about 25-30 won tons.
