My husband came up with this recipe.
- Prep Time : 15 minutes
- Cook Time : 30 minutes
- Saute onions and garlic in oil for a few minutes then mix first four ingredients in pot and warm on medium until brown sugar dissolves.
- Add remaining ingredients bring to a boil and then turn down to a simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Then take the sauce out and puree it to make sure it is smooth. My husband put it in blender or our food processor just to make sure the consistency is the same.
