We had a sweet tooth the other day and we had LOTS of strawberries since they $0.79 at our store we stocked up. So I threw this together. I LOVED them, my husband thought they were good and my son who I was making them for spit them out. So is life, right?
You could use any type of cookie for this but I used a Gluten Free Shortbread mix I have had for a long time and needed to use up.
- Once you have your cookies ready simply mix the Nutella and the yogurt until smooth. Then "ice" the cookies with the mixture and top with sliced strawberries.
This "icing" will now be my go to fruit dip. It is SO good, and with the yogurt it is not overly sweet.
