Roasted garlic is SO easy and makes for a much milder and sweeter garlic flavor. I add roasted cloves to many dishes or make a paste for some GREAT garlic toast.
- Prep Time : 15 minutes
- Cook Time : 40 minutes
- All you need is a whole bulb of garlic withe just just the top cut off.
- Then drizzle a little olive oil over and back at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. That's all you do. And you house will smell wonderful too.
