Just a reminder that eating healthful does NOT have to be hard. This is part of my Costco run. With these few things you can make lots of healthful meals. For example use half the chicken as roasted chicken the first meal with a side of creamed spinach. Then the next night use the spring mix, more chicken and the pistachios in a salad. and you have nuts for snacks etc. So you don't have to COOK a lot to eat well. If you add some strawberries or sliced apples you have another side or add them to a salad with everything in the picture above so YUMMY and EASY!
