Peach Custard Pie

This Pie I remember from my childhood from a dear family Friend. Then when I was old enough to cook I asked for this recipe right away. WARNING TO NOT PLAN ON TRAVELING with this pie, it will be mush once it travels, believe me I have tried more than once. So you need to plan on this dish staying in your home.

  • Prep Time : 15 minutes
  • Cook Time : 1h 20 min

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Cream together sugar, flour, and butter. Once creamed add eggs, and vanilla and beat again.
  • Place pie crust into a large pie pan or a tart pan. Then add mixture and smooth along the bottom. Then make a layer of the thinly sliced peaches.
  • Bake at 300 degree for 1 hour and 20 mins.
