Shish Kabobs

This was a favorite at our house growing up!! It is so simple yet so tasty! The night my Mom and Dad had us down for dinner and made Onion Roasted Potatoes and Fried Zucchini they made shish kabobs.

Instructions

  • My Mom cuts the onions, green peppers and chicken into chunks, she leaves the mushrooms whole. She puts them in bowls with Italian dressing and lets them soak over night.
  • We then slide the pieces on skewers.
  • Then place them on a hot grill and cook until chicken is done.

Don't these look yummy!!! This was our delicious dinner that night!!
