I am not a big squash fan but when they are fresh from the garden I enjoy them. I don't have a before picture but I just thickly sliced 1 zucchini and a couple of small yellow squash, and bout 4 fresh onions (about 1/4 cup once sliced).
- Prep Time : 5 minutes
- Cook Time : 15 minutes
- Just throw the veggies in a hot pan with a little olive oil, 1 TBS of butter, and house seasoning (salt, peeper, and garlic).
- Saute until they are just warmed through, if you over cook them they will be slimy and soggy.
