This is a super easy starter or party food or just a fun treat to add to your dinner. With peppers fresh in the garden this makes for an easy fast dish and you can easily make as few or as many as you want.

- While WEARING GLOVES wash peppers, cut them in half and remove the seed. Then spoon the cream cheese into the pepper halves and then "dip" in the panko bread crumbs.
- Place the peppers on a roasting pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, until the peppers begin to "wilt"and the crumbs begin to "toast".
We like to dip ours in Pepper Jelly to add some sweetness.
