This is a simple and inexpensive gift that  the kids can give. Start with a white coffee mug and a sharpie marker. My son made this one about 6 weeks ago for my husband for a birthday gift and it looks as good as new. It has not been washed in a dishwasher so I don’t know how it would hold up to the dishwasher.

Write your message on the mug, then bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 250 degrees.

Tip: If you need to erase a mark finger nail polish remover and a q-tip will work wonders.
