Some Time back we received  a set of Easy Lunchboxes and lunch box to review and finally here is a bit of what we thought.

EasyLunchBoxes come in a back of 4 and are $13.95 from Amazon. The Lunch box is another $7.95.

So I had been thinking about ordering these for some time but I thought, “Are they really worth the extra money compared to the Ziploc version?” So When I got our set of EasyLunchBoxes I went and bought a pack of the Ziploc containers too which were about $4.00 for 2 trays, a little cheaper but really not too much. In the above picture the trays on the left are the EasyLunchBoxes and the ones on the right are the Ziploc. And below the EasyLunchBoxes are the bottom two. SO you see they are basically the same size.

I LOVE the size of these when I am packing a cooler and they go on trips with us so we can pack lunches or just snacks for the car. HOWEVER, they fit but not very well in my son’s actual lunch box. The lunch box that comes with them would be great for trips to the zoo, or car trips, but I personally would not send it to school with my son just because of the way it looks. BUT my son has a restricted diet and I want his lunch to look as “cool” as possible since he can’t eat school lunches or most “kid food”.

Now to compare the two brands… they are the same size but the quality is so much better with the EasyLunchBoxes. They are heavier and hold up to the dishwasher and to a tough 5 year old much much much better than the Ziploc. I started notice wear on the ziplocs after the second use. SO I would spend a few extra dollars and get the EasyLunchBoxes because they will hold up for a longer period of time.

This last picture is from a day trip to an out of town aquarium the one on the top left is my 5 year olds and the other three were for adults.
