Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- Neufatchel Cheese - 1 pkg, softened
- Mayo - 1 cup
- Parmesan Cheese - 1 cup, grated
- Tomatoes - 3/4 cup, chopped
- Artichokes in Water - 1 can (drained and chopped)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Bake at 325 for 40 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
