Crock Pot Pork Loin

Ingredients
- Pork Loin - about 2 pounds ( I get a large one at Sam's and cut it into 3 pieces and and freeze)
- Soy Sauce - 1/8 -1/4 cut ( I use gluten free)
- Yellow Mustard - 1 TBS
- Pancake or Maple Syrup - 2 - 3 TBS
- Olive Oil - 2 TBS
- Dried Onions - 2 tablespoons, diced
- Garlic Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Instructions
- Put everything in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.
NOTE: What looks like a "crust" in these pictures is actually the dried onions and sauce from the slow cooker poured over the top of the pork once plated.
