Refried Beans
Ingredients
- Refried Beans - 1 large can ( I use reduced fat)
- Sour Cream - 2/3 cup ( I used reduced fat)
- Shredded Cheese - 2/3 cup plus a little extra for topping
- Salsa - 2/3 cup (mine is homemade)
- Water - 6 TBS
Instructions
- Put beans in a pan with water on low until warm all the way through.
- Add sour cream, cheese, and salsa. Stir until cheese is melted. Serve or as below put in a baking dish and warm in the oven. I made the beans while cooking hamburger for another dish and will warm it all in the oven for dinner.
