I saw this somewhere and I really don’t remember where it was but the idea was great, and how did I not think of this before. My son who is on a gluten free diet has began asking for lunchables, even if he were not on a gluten free diet I would not feel good about giving him a lunchable but once I get the right lunch box, we can make our own. So here is a Pizza lunch for preschool. He was VERY excited when he saw me packing it tonight. There is also a bottle of water and a all fruit, fruit leather in his lunch for tomorrow.

This was my first attempt. I did not have a small bowl to add the pizza sauce to the metal box or another box big enough for everything.

Here is my second attempt. MUCH better but not perfect I have another Idea to try still. But this is a fun lunch for my son and with some applesauce or a banana not too horribly bad for him.
