We don’t eat a lot of bread at our house but from time to time we do enjoy a little treat like This Bread. I sometimes find a yummy loaf on sale or even if it is not on sale, we never need a whole loaf. So I slice it up and throw it in the freezer. Then pull out just want I need the next time I need a few pieces. And since only 2 of us are not on the gluten free diet a loaf like this will last us a good while.
