Pina Colada Cake

  • Bake cake as directed on box. Let cool about 10 minutes and then poke holes in the cake using the end of a wooden spoon. Pour cream of coconut in the holes.
  • Drain juice from pineapples and pour juice in holes.
  • Spread pineapples on top of cake. Refrigerate for a few hours. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
