Jalapeno Dip
I know it sounds weird but it is a pretty yummy dip.
- Prep Time : 10 minutes
- Cook Time : 20 minutes
Ingredients
- Cream Cheese - 2 pkg
- Green Chilis - 1 small can
- Jalapenos - 1 small can ( i usually just have a big jar and cop them up - enough to fill the small can of green chilis vs buying a small can of jalapenos)
- Mayo - 1 cup
- Parmesan Cheese - 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Bake 350degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- I usually serve w/ Tortilla chips or Frito scoops.
