Cheesy Potato Soup

- Cook Time : 30 minutes
Ingredients
- Frozen Hashbrowns - 2 32oz bags(not the shredded kind)
- Chicken Broth - 14oz can
- Water - 2 cups
- Cream of Chicken Soup - 1 can
- Cream of Celery soup - 1 can
- Milk - 2 cups
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to Taste
- Velveeta - 1 lb, cubed
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese to Taste - (I usually use at least 2 cups)
Instructions
- Combine potatoes, broth and water. Bring to a boil
- Stir, cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer until heated through and all cheese has melted.
