Add 5 Tablespoons of butter in a 9 × 13 pan. And put in oven to melt. Usually by the time I have the batter ready up the butter is melted.
Blend up above mixture and pour into hot melted butter. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. The pancake will be all puffed up and golden. Serve hot with syrup or we prefer to just add powdered sugar and berries on the top of ours.
