Sweet Heart Salad with strawberry lemon vinaigrette
Ingredients
- Baby Greens - 2-4 cups mixed
- Artichoke Hearts - 1 can, (in water) drained
- Strawberries - 12-20
- Dressing
- Olive Oil - 3 TBS
- Lemon Juice - 2 TBS
- Strawberry Jam - 4 teaspoons
- Ground Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Golden Flax Seed - 2 tsp
- Pinch of Salt, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper
Instructions
- Combine all dressing ingredients and whisk thoroughly. Set aside.
- Place greens on plate.
- Slice artichoke hearts in half, arrange on top of greens.
- Place sliced strawberries on top and drizzle with vinaigrette.
