Chicken and Vegetables – Slow Cooker
This was not our absolute fav but we would fix it again for an easy meal. My husband doesn't like egg noodles so he would like it over a different type of pasta next time.

Ingredients
- Dried Oregano - 1 tbs
- Salt - 1 tsp, divided
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Green Bell Peppers - 2 medium, cut into strips
- Onion - 1, thinly sliced
- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - 1.5 - 2 lbs
- Kethup - 1/3 cup
- Egg Noodles or Rice - (cooked)
Instructions
- Combine oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, paprika, garlic powder and black pepper in a small bowl. mix well.
- Place onion and peppers in bottom of crockpot. Add chicken. Sprinkle with seasoning.
- Cover, cook on low 8 hours or on high 4 hours. Stir in ketchup and remaining salt.
- Serve over noodles or rice.
