Broccoli Cheese Soup

Broccoli Cheese Soup (My Mom's recipe -she got from a friend)
- Prep Time : 10 minutes
- Cook Time : 15 minutes
Ingredients
- Milk - 4 cups
- Frozen Broccoli - 10 ounces (I used more)
- Margarine - 4 tablespoons (I used butter)
- Flour - 1/2 cup
- Chicken Bouillon Cubes - 2
- Velveeta Cheese - 1 lb (cut in small pieces) you can use more or less depending on how cheesy you want it.
Instructions
- Cook broccoli in a tiny bit of water. Put chicken bouillon cubes in with water.
- In soup pan melt butter and then slowly whisk in flour. It will be really thick! Add milk in small amounts, whisking the whole time. Bring to a boil over medium. Cook until thickened, stirring often. Add cheese, salt and pepper to taste. (I don't salt). Add broccoli and any water left. Cook until hot enough to serve.
