Peppermint Pizza
We first had this at a friends house years ago when we went to hang out and watch a movie. It was so simple and tasty!!!

- Bake the cookie dough as directed.
- We usually make it as one big cookie dough pie on a pizza pan but in the picture above I made them in individual bakers to give as gifts.
- While the cookie is cooling crunch up the peppermints or candy canes. Once the cookie is done let cool and then melt the white chocolate and pour over cookie.
- Spread evenly across the top and then sprinkle the peppermint pieces on top.
