Tomato Basil Soup
- Prep Time : 10 minutes
- Cook Time : 20 minutes
Ingredients
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Olive Oil - 3 Tbs
- Canned Tomatoes - 2 quarts
- Chicken Stock - 2 cups
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Heavy Cream - 1/2 cup
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Fresh Basil - 4 TBS
- Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Saute Garlic in olive oil for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, chicken stock, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook over medium for 20 minutes.
- Then add reduce to low heat and add cream and basil check and add salt an pepper as needed. Once warm use a submersion blender to make smooth and serve with cheese on top.
