Cooking on Sundays 5

Cooking on Sundays 5-1

Our Number one choice for eating out after church is Mexican so this is the perfect Cooking on Sunday meal for my family. When we got home from church on this Sunday It took me Less than 10 mins to get lunch on the table.

Refried beans in the slow cooker the recipe is Here (I cooked over night, then left on warm while we were at church, I did add a little extra liquid before heading out)

I had already cooked my meat like this and taco seasoning added. I cooked this on saturday and froze some too but if it is frozen just pull it out of the day before. I also had in the fridge in the pan I was going to use to warm it up.

I also had shredded cheese, diced onions, and shredded lettuce ready to go along with my chips, salsa, and sour cream.

So when I got home I pulled everything out of the fridge, and put the meat on the stove to warm up. By the time I had everything opened the meat was warm and everything was ready to assemble.

Once we were done the bowls of beans, and meat on the the left went back to the fridge for dinner and the bag of meat and bowl on the right went into the freezer for another fast meal for another day.
