What is you best kitchen tip?
- When Browning hamburger I cook 4-6 pounds at once with a couple diced onions and several cloves of minced garlic. I Brown it all together, drain, and cool. Then I put portions into freezer bags. If I cook 5 pounds I will make 6-7 bags, which saves calories and money 🙂 Then when I cook a casserole, soup etc, I just thrown in the frozen browned hamburger. Saves SO MUCH TIME.
