Pina Colada Cake
Ingredients
- Yellow Cake Mix - 1 box
- Coconut (found in Baking Aisle) - 1 can cream
- Crushed Pineapples in Heavy Syrup - 1 can
- Cool Whip - 1 container
Instructions
- Bake cake as directed on box. Let cool about 10 minutes and then poke holes in the cake using the end of a wooden spoon. Pour cream of coconut in the holes.
- Drain juice from pineapples and pour juice in holes.
- Spread pineapples on top of cake. Refrigerate for a few hours. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
