Taco Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
- Pasta - 1 lb ( I used three different types of pasta, just leftovers of what I had on hand)
- Browned Ground Beef - 3/4 lb ( I used left over hamburgers, diced up)
- Butter - 2 T
- Taco Seasoning - 1 package
- Water - 3/4 cup
- Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Milk - 2 cups
- Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - 8 oz
- Toppings
- Tomatoes
- Avocado
- Onions
- Salsa
- Sour Cream, etc.
Instructions
- Brown hamburger, drain, return to pan and stir in taco seasoning and 3/4 c water. bring to a boil, and cook for 5-7 mins.
- Prepare pasta according to package, drain.
- Melt butter over medium heat, whisk in flour and cornstarch until smooth. cook for 2 mins whisk in milk and stir for 5 mins.
- Stir in 1 1/2 c cheese stir until melted. stir in meat and pasta. Top as you wish
