Ham Salad
Ingredients
- Cooked Ham - 1 1/2 pounds, chopped
- Mayo - 1 cup (may want to add more before serving it seems dry)
- Dried Minced Onions - 1/3 cup
- Dill Relish - 1/3 cup
- Brown Mustard - 1/4 cup
- Black Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- I put all of the ingredients in my food processors and mixed for a few seconds because I was out of relish and didn't want mine chunky. You could just combine all ingredients and mix.
- Chill for a few hours. We had it on crackers and it was good. Great way to use up ham when you are tired of regular ham slices!
