Italian Roast Beef – Slow Cooker

- Cook Time : 25 minutes
Ingredients
- Roast - Up to 10 lbs
- Water or Beef Stock - 3 - 4 C
- Worcestershire To Taste - (approx 1tsp)
- Lipton Onion Soup Mix - 2 Pkg.
- Sweet Basil - 4 tsp
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes - 2 tsp
- Garlic Powder - 1 - 2 tsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Oregano - 2 tsp
Instructions
- Oven 325*. Cook 25 min per pound. Baste occasionally
- However for ease of preparation we just put all ingredients into a slow cooker and put on low all day or overnight and it turns out perfectly. Then can either be made into sand, or made with potatoes, carrots etc!
