Sweet Potato Dumplings

Ingredients
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Brown Sugar - 1 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Margarine - 1 stick
- Cresent Rolls - 2 cans
- Frozen Sweet Potatoe patties - 1 pkg (found at Krogers or Value Mkt)
- Cinnamon and Pecans - optional
Instructions
- Cut sweet potatoes in half roll them in one cresent roll each.
- Makes 16. Place in 9x13 pan.
- Mix sugar,butter and water (heat water to melt butter) together.
- Pour over dumplings. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pecans if desired.
- Bake untill brown, about 35-40 mins uncovered at 350.
