Buffalo Chicken Dip 2
I know we have a few other buffalo chicken dips on the blog and they are similar but this one I really really like! I have made it with and without the stalk of celery and the celery really adds a lot to it. It is so much better with the celery.
Ingredients
- White Meat Chicken - 2 cans, drained (or 2 boiled chicken breasts)
- Cream Cheese - 2 (8 ounce), softened
- Ranch Dressing - 1 cup
- Frank's Hot Sauce - 1 cup
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 1 1/2 cups
- Celery - 1 stalk (diced really tiny)
Instructions
- Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat.
- Mix in cream cheese and ranch. Cook for a few minutes so that it can all warm together. Mix in half of the shredded cheese and celery.
- Put mixture in oven safe dish or crockpot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, cover with foil, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly or put in oven at 350 until cheese is melted . Serve with celery sticks and chips.
