Tuna Melt — Spicy
I REALLY liked this and it made for a fast hot lunch.
- Tuna Packed In Water - 2 cans
- Salsa - 3/4 cup
- Mayo - 1/2 cup
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 1/2 cup
- Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese - 1 cup
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Mix tuna, drained and broken up salsa, and mayo, cheddar cheese and salt and pepper.
- Cut 1 baguette or crusty bread in half and spread the mixture on. Top with pepper jack cheese
- Broil till cheese melts and becomes golden.
