The Hubby’s Breakfast Smoothie
My hubby is NOT a fruit and veggie fan but he REALLY enjoys smoothies so this is is normal breakfast smoothie. We should all have a breakfast that looks like this. I wish I enjoyed these as much as my husband.
- Spinach - 1 - 2 handfuls
- Banana - 1
- Handful of Mixed Frozen Fruit
- Handful of Frozen Blueberries
- Avocado - 1/3, in picture I have frozen like I wrote about here
- Carrot Juice - 3 small ice cubes
- Kefir - 1/4 cup
- Apple Juice - 1/4 - 1/2 cup
- Just put everything into the blender and blend until everything is mixed well and nice and smooth.
And here is his smoothie and coffee waiting for him to grab on the way out the door.
