Egg In A Hole
I think this is a fun way to serve breakfast. I really like grilled toast and fried eggs so I thought this could be the perfect combo for me.
- Prep Time : 10 minutes
- Cook Time : 15 minutes

- Take a biscuit cutter and cut the center of the bread out.
- Melt some butter in a pan. I love cooking breakfast in cast iron!
- Grilled the bread on each side and the pieces you removed.
- Break open the egg and pour in the holes. Cook the egg the way you like it. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it.
These are the biscuit cutters I have and I love that there are so many sizes to choose from. I have listed a link below where some like them can be purchased. I could not find the exact ones anymore.
