Cornflake Chicken
I thought this was already on here but I didn't see it on the blog so I thought I would post again. I got this from my friend, Rachel.
Ingredients
- Cornflakes - (any brand, I use Kroger brand)
- Chicken Breast
- Butter or Egg
- Seasonings - I use some black pepper, cayenne pepper and a little salt and sometimes a little garlic powder
Instructions
- Put some cornflakes in a freezer bag and crunch them up.
- Take chicken breasts and cut in to tender size pieces. Dip in melted butter or egg.
- Put chicken in freezer bag, seal and shake.
- Take chicken pieces and either put them on a foiled lined baking sheet and bake at 350 until chicken is fully cooked. Or you can put some oil in a skillet and cook them that way. I have done both and like it both ways. The oven is the healthier route.
