Double Dark Chocolate Cookie

Ingredients
- Butter - 1/4 c softened
- Oil - 1/4 c
- Brown Sugar - 1/2 c
- Egg - 1
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- Wheat Flour - 1/2 c whole
- All Purpose Flour - 1/2 c
- Cocoa Powder - 1/2 c
- Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 4 oz
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. mix butter with electric mixer for 30 seconds. Beat in oil, brown sugar, sugar until well combined. Beat in egg and vanilla. In bowl whisk together flours, cocoa, baking powder, and salt then mix into wet mixture. Stir in chopped chocolate.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoons bake for 12 mins
