Easter Leftovers

If you are cooked a big Easter Dinner this weekend we are sure you have leftovers. The key to using up your leftovers is to remake them into something new. Below are a few recipes to use up all that ham and hard boiled eggs.

But First what if you have LOTS of ham leftover and you really don’t want to eat it all week, stop what you are doing RIGHT NOW and freeze it. I freeze sliced ham all the time and pull it out for lunch sandwiches. I put enough for about 2-3 lunches per freezer bag. If you have odd pieces, I dice it up and and freeze it, to have for after school snacks, or breakfast casserole etc.

You can also use a few slices and go on and make a couple ham and cheese sandwiches and throw them in the fridge. This can be grabbed to take for lunch or even heated for a ham and cheese sandwich for any meal of the day.

Here are few ideas of ways to use up those leftovers, if you click on the name above each picture it will take you to the recipe.
