These chicken tenders were baked.
- Prep Time : 10 minutes
- Cook Time : 15 minutes
- Place a basil leaf on each chicken tender, then wrap each with a bacon slice. Salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add tenders, sage side down, and cook until fat is rendered and bacon is browned, about 6 minutes.
- Flip and cook until tenders are cooked through, 6 minutes.
- These can also be baked on a roasting pan, and that is how I normally do them just don't add the olive oil.
