Chess Cake

Ingredients
- Cake Mix - 1 box (yellow or chocolate)
- Eggs - 3
- Butter - 1 stick
- Confectionery Sugar - 16 oz.
- Cream Cheese - 8 oz.
Instructions
- Combine the cake mix, 1 egg, and the stick of butter in a mixer.
- Pat into a greased 9x13 pan. Combine the confectionary sugar, 2 eggs and the cream cheese in the mixer.
- Mix well and pour over the cake mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
- Sprinkle confectionery sugar on top after you remove from the oven. Cool and cut.
