Brown Rice
- Prep Time : 10 minutes
- Cook Time : 30 minutes
Ingredients
- White Rice - 2 cups
- Yellow Onion - 1 - diced
- Butter or Margarine - 1 stick
- Beef Boullion - 2 cubes
Instructions
- Prepare rice as normal. Saute onion in butter; once butter is melted add boullion cubes until melted.
- Put rice in baking dish, add butter mixture and mix well.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
