Chicken and Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- Cream of Mushroom Soup - 1 can
- Cream of Chicken Soup - 1 can
- Dry Onion Soup Mix - 1 package
- Raw Regular Rice - 1 1/2 cups
- Water - 2 cups
- Chicken Breast - 8 pieces (I usually use less chicken unless we are having company)
- Parsely Flakes
- Paprika
- Butter
Instructions
- Mix together first 5 ingredients and pour into large baking dish.
- Arrange pieces of chicken on top of the mixture.
- Sprinkle with parsley flakes, paprika and dot with butter. Bake at 325 for 2 hours uncovered - or until tender.
- Add more water if necessary.
- Do Not Salt, as onion soup has plenty. Serves 8
