Chicken Salad 2
Again I don't normally measure this so this is rough.
- Prep Time : 20 minutes
- Cook Time : 2h 00 min
- Chicken Breast (or same amount of other Chicken Meat) - 3-4, boiled and chopped
- Celery - 1/2 cup, diced
- Grapes - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Onion - 1/2 cup, diced
- Mayo - 1 1/2 -2 cups ( I use half regular & half light)
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic, and Celery Salt to Taste.
- I often add chopped peacans also mix everything together and set it sit int he fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Serve on a salad, sandwich, or with crackers.
