Crockpot Polish Sausage

Ingredients
- Polish Sausage - 1 to 1.5 lbs , sliced
- Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes - 1 Large Pkg (about 2 lbs)
- Chopped Mild Chile Peppers - 1 can (4 ounces), optional
- Cheddar Cheese Soup - 1 can
- Evaporated Milk - 3/4
- Onion - 1 medium, diced
- Pepper, to Taste
- Pepper, Garlic Powder, to Taste
Instructions
Prep/Cook:
- Grease or spray Crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine Sausage, potatoes, onions and seasonings in Crockpot.
- Mix together soup and milk; pour over ingredients in Crockpot and stir to blend.
- Cook on LOW 5 to 7 hours, stirring gently a few times.
