Best Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- Boiled Potatoes - 3 pounds
- Cream Cheese - 1 8 oz block ( I use reduced fat)
- Butter - 1/2 stick
- Milk
- Salt & Pepper & Garlic Salt to Taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes once tender drain and beat with till the large lumps are out.
- Then add cream cheese and butter and the salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Once really smooth add milk till you get them to as thin or thick that you want.
