Healthy Banana Oatmeal Bites
I LOVED these and my make bars next time. They are not crispy but more cake like. Just sweet enough.
- Prep Time : 10 minutes
- Cook Time : 20 minutes
Ingredients
- Bananas - 3 ripe, mashed
- Cranberries - 1 cup
- Rolled Oats - 2 cups
- Coconut Oil - 1/3 cup (or any oil you have on hand)
- Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Mix all and let sit for 15 minutes. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
