Bonefish Bang Bang Shrimp

We had these last night and they were yummy.
Ingredients
- Mayo - 1/2 cup
- Thai Sweet Chili Sauce - 1/4 cup (I used closer to 1/2 cup)
- Sriracha hot Chili Sauce - 3 drops (I at least doubled this and could have used more)
- De-Veined Shrimp - 1 lb
- Dry Cornstarch
- Oil
- Shredded Lettuce and Chopped Scallions
Instructions
- Mix first 3 ingredients.
- Dredge shrimp in cornstarch (we added some panko bread crumbs too).
- Deep fry till lightly browned.
- Drain shrimp on paper towel.
- Put shrimp in bowl and coat with sauce.
- Serve over lettuce and top with scallions.
